A kitchen is a sequence, not a delivery

Cabinets are built to the opening that exists after the old ones are gone. A drawing of the galley that used to be there is not a shop drawing.

The stack usually stays. The range can move, and when it does the hood and the circuit move with it.

A template taken before the cabinets are set is a guess. Seams, the sink cut, and the overhang are marked on installed boxes.
